• Arrival
Arrival Time: 1 pm for cabins & bunkhouses, 12 noon for power &
tent sites. Accommodation will be held up until 4pm on the day of
arrival.
• Departure
Departure Time: 11am for cabins, 12.00 pm for tents, caravans, motorhomes
• Payments
Balance of account is payable on arrival. Payment must be made
for the full time booked.
• Caravans
Must have an electrical
warrant of fitness. Must have own wastewater container.

Tents
Electricity can only be connected through an approved RCD Safety
Switch.
• Parking
One vehicle to be parked
on own site only. Access ways to rear sites must be kept clear.
• Speed
Vehicle speed in park is limited to a walking pace only - 5km.
 •
Behaviour
In consideration of other campers we ask for:
- Reasonable behaviour and behaviour at all times. No excessive
drinking or loud parties.
- No noise after 10.30 pm
- Liquor can only be consumed on your site or in your unit
- Payment of a $50 per person behaviour bond may be required

Damage
Cost of damage to property or accommodation will be recovered.
• Children
Do supervise children at all times to keep them safe. Activities
daily over the 3 weeks of the Christmas holidays.
• Pets
This is a pet-free camp. There are too many native species in the
forest to risk it.
• Visitors
Are your responsibility. Visitor's vehicles to be left outside the
park. Day visitors to depart before 10 pm. Overnight stay visitors
must report to office. Visitors may use the camp facilities but
we ask for a $4 donation per person to help cover the extra demands
placed upon resources.

Gates
Please keep camp gate closed. This is for safety around the play
area. Road gates are locked at 10.00 pm each night till 7.30 am.
There is a fee to open these outside these times.

Rubbish
To be wrapped in bags provided and left in the crates provided.
Recycling station located centrally in camp.
• Fire
Ban
All year round. Gas BBQs and Gas braziers only. No Fireworks.
FACILITIES
Located in the centre of the camp which contains kitchens, laundry,
toilets and showers.
• Kitchens
Contain jugs, toasters, microwaves, cooking elements, ovens and
fridge freezers. Put your name on all food your are storing in the
fridge or freezers. Kitchens may be locked between 10.30 pm and
7 am.
• BBQs
Provided for your use. Leave clean for the next person.
• Laundry
Washing machines (3 x $1 coins) and dryers (1 x $2 coin) are
located in the laundry. Iron and ironing board provided. Turn off
after use.
• Showers
Operate on tokens which can be purchased from the office. 1 token
= 5 minutes.
CAMP STORE
Open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm every day We stock packaged & chilled
food, frozen bread & meat, ice creams, drinks, sweets, ice, newspapers
& more.
• Cleaning
The kitchen and ablutions block will be cleaned daily at 10am. During
peak times cleaning will again be carried out at 10pm.
• For Hire
- Table tennis - Cricket sets - Frisbee - Balls - Tubes

Basic Rules
Please observe the basic rules of the Holiday Parks Association
of NZ. See Noticeboard. We ask for your co-operation so that your
stay and the stay of other guests can be enjoyable.
• Lucky Site
Drawn daily over Summer. Check noticeboard for lucky winner.
• Cancellation
Policy
- No Show = No refund
- Any booking cancelled with more than 14 days notice will
receive a full refund.
- No refund for any booking cancelled within 14 days
of arrival date unless unit or site can be relet for entire time
for booking.
- No refund for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of
arrival.
- A $15 adminstration fee will be deducted off all refunds.
• PLEASE NOTE!
- No booking is confirmed until deposit is paid.
- Balance of fees to be paid on arrival.
- No refunds for early departures unless accommodation or site is
relet.
- Minimum stay applies over the Dec/Jan period and Long Weekends.
- Specific site subject to alteration if management find it necessary.
