• Cabins (4 available)
  - Sleep 5 people with 1 x double and 3 x singles in bunkstyle arrangement.
  - Equipped kitchen with fridge and rangette
  - Heating
  - Bedding supplied - towels not included.
  - Cabin complex has communal showers and toilets located centrally.

• Bunkhouse Complex
  - Self contained complex with 2 bunkhouses. (Original classrooms from Oxford School have been relocated and refurbished.)
  - Sleep 24 people in each with own showers and toilets.
  - Equipped kitchen / dining room building
  - Recreation building with table tennis and TV.
  - Occupants supply own bedding, pillows and towels.
  - Kitchen with fridge/freezers, stove, oven, toasters, zip and cooking/eating utensils. Gas BBQ.
  - The kitchen/dining building is large and spacious, and also has an outdoor covered area beside.
  This facility is wonderful for functions and can be hired out separately. Catering is available.

• Cancellation Policy
- No Show = No refund
- Any booking cancelled with more than 14 days notice will receive a full refund.
- No refund for any booking cancelled within 14 days of arrival date unless unit or site can be relet for entire time for booking.
- No refund for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of arrival.
- A $15 adminstration fee will be deducted off all refunds.

• PLEASE NOTE!
- No booking is confirmed until deposit is paid.
- Balance of fees to be paid on arrival.
- No refunds for early departures unless accommodation or site is relet.
- Minimum stay applies over the Dec/Jan period and Long Weekends.
- Specific site subject to alteration if management find it necessary.
